Welcome to Hope Chapel Lewiston!
Thanks for stopping by and checking us out here on-line. I pray that you will find yourself joining us on a Sunday morning. Before you join us you might want to know a little bit about us so here’s a brief introduction.
A little about Pastor Jeph:
I love marketplace ministry. I love the movement of people and the potiental to see lives changed and impacted so that our culture becomes alive with hope and love. Call me a prisoner of hope when it comes to seeing businesses, culture and life coming together to give God the glory.
My wife (Jaclyn) and I along with our 3 children (Josiah, Selah and Elijah) took a leap of faith in October of 2005 to move from Hawaii to come home to Lewiston, ID. We had been staff pastors at Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay for nearly 6 years before we felt lead by God to plant Hope Chapel Lewiston. With Pastor Ralph Moore’s encouragement and the support of our HCKB family we packed up our young family and moved back to Lewiston to plant and launch Hope Chapel Lewiston in April of 2006 on Easter Sunday.
Both Jaclyn and I had graduated from Lewiston High School in 1995. After which we went our seperate ways to pursue callings and purposes in our lives. We would later rekindle our high school love for each other and got married in Hawaii in 1999.
Never did I expect to be a Lead Pastor or plan on leaving Hawaii. I was happy and very content in my roles and responsibilities at HCKB, but how many of you know that God takes us into some of the most unlikely places to do some of the most uncomfortable things. In the past 9 years I have seen more than I ever imagined possible and thank God every day for putting people in my life that encouraged me to pursue Him with all my heart, strength and mind.
This is the heart beat of Hope Chapel Lewiston - that you would discover the plan and purpose that God has for your life while being encouraged and equipped to fulfill them. We have a commissioning statement we use around church that sums up our intentions for life and ministry: If you want to see what you’ve never seen, you’ve got to do what you’ve never done.
No matter where you're at in life or faith it is my hope and passion to see you experience the love of God through the ministry of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. May you
discover a love like you've never known and live with a Hope that is truly beyond this world.
